Leadership
Introduction
Even as a child, he was fascinated by remotely controlling devices, which is what first drew him into the world of electronics. He later pursued this path professionally, graduating as a certified electrical power engineer, and went on to earn a degree in environmental management as well — and although he doesn't work in that field directly, he has fully embraced its mindset. He has been an entrepreneur since 1993, gaining extensive experience running a business over the years.
Alongside his technical mindset, human relationships and spirituality are important to him.
Introduction
Olivér is the company's Deputy Managing Director and captain of I-Solution's running team. He holds a degree in economics and is a key figure in the company's business development, relationship management, and sales operations.
His responsibilities include building and maintaining partner relationships, developing strategic cooperation with clients, and fully coordinating the quoting and sales processes. He is responsible for tendering and business-development activities, as well as actively strengthening the company's market presence.
He places particular importance on building long-term, fair business relationships and continuously strengthening the company's image and reliability.
Our Team
Introduction
Norbert graduated from secondary school in 1989 and passed his qualification exam as a high-voltage equipment fitter. For more than 10 years afterward, he carried out electrical maintenance and installation work across a variety of fields and environments. In 2003, he graduated as a telecommunications engineer from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Kandó Kálmán College.
He supervised and developed production processes at electronics manufacturing plants. He later moved into trade, importing electrical installation equipment from abroad, and then spent 14 years working as a sales representative in industrial electronics. He has worked at I-Solution Kft. for more than 7 years, first as a project manager and, since 2024, as Project Director.
He currently heads the Services business unit and the Quality Assurance department.

Introduction
Péter has worked in sales, management, and training for 25 years. During this time, he has gained experience in both retail and corporate sales, as well as in both services and product sales. In his work, he places strong emphasis on trust, long-term relationships, and creating value.
His goal is for our clients to receive reliable, future-proof solutions that exceed their expectations over the long term.
Introduction
Gábor has more than 10 years of professional experience, much of it gained in the field of security technology. As a project manager, he is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising construction work, ensuring that deadlines, quality, and professional standards are met.
His work is characterized by precision, reliability, and effective teamwork, with particular attention to client satisfaction and the handover of stable, well-functioning systems.

Since January 2025, Zoltán has been Project Preparation Specialist at I-Solution Rendszerintegrációs Kft.
His role is to prepare various projects and coordinate the groundwork needed for their smooth execution. Its purpose is to support our clients in achieving efficient and successful project management, ensuring that every detail is handled with the utmost care and precision.
Over the past few years, he has been involved in the preparation and management of various low-voltage and high-voltage electrical projects. His responsibilities included securing resources and coordinating teams to ensure efficient and successful project delivery. Notable projects he has worked on:

Introduction
With more than two decades of professional experience, Attila supports the I-Solution Kft. team in the quoting process, contributing to the delivery of precise low-voltage integration projects. He built his career on degrees in computer science and GIS (NJSZSZKI, 2003) and land surveying engineering (NYME-GEO, 2008). His commitment to continuous development is reflected in the fact that, since 2023, he has been studying for a BSc in Electrical Engineering, InfoTech specialization, at the Alba Regia Technical Faculty of Óbuda University.
He got his first taste of the low-voltage world as an installer for UPC Hungary, then spent the following 16 years deepening his expertise in building electrical systems, with a particular focus on building automation. In this field, he handled everything from quoting and design to installing high-voltage distribution cabinets, and in recent years directed day-to-day operations as an operations manager. Since September 2026, he has been putting this well-rounded perspective and his up-to-date technological knowledge from his studies to work at I-Solution Kft., where, as the person responsible for quoting, he continues to broaden his knowledge of low-voltage systems.
Introduction
With 10 years of professional experience, Katalin supports the administrative work required across projects. His goal is to work closely with the project team and make documentation processes as efficient as possible. Thanks to his excellent Excel skills, he also contributes to the company’s success by monitoring the financial aspects of projects.
She has taken part in numerous exciting projects over the course of her career, each requiring new challenges and perspectives. Adapting to these, she maintains fast, precise project administration.

She has nearly 7 years of administrative experience, much of it gained in the financial and banking sector within mid-sized and large-company environments. Her work is characterized by strict adherence to deadlines, precise and up-to-date record-keeping, and well-organized, transparent operation.
She has been part of the I-Solution Kft. team since 2025, where she quickly proved her efficiency, reliability, and professional competence.
Introduction
Zsófia is our company's Finance Director, responsible for ensuring stable, transparent financial management. She believes that reliable back-office processes and trust-based collaboration create the solid foundation on which long-term results can be built.
Throughout her career, she has gained experience in the financial coordination of international projects, working closely with project teams while supporting both planning and day-to-day operational tasks. Her work is marked by professional rigor, a thoughtful approach, and a constructive attitude, all of which contribute to our organization's balanced and effective operation.

Since 2025, Szilvia has been responsible, as Head of Marketing, for the company's communications, visual identity, and brand-building. For her, this isn't just a job — it's a shared journey with her family. This personal involvement and commitment also shape how she views the company's operations and future. Her goal is for I-Solution Kft. to become a trendsetting brand in the industry.
Her earlier studies in art laid the foundation for her refined aesthetic sensibility and creative outlook, which is why professional substance and polished visual presentation reinforce one another in the company's communications.
As part of her work — in a way that is unique on the Hungarian market — she and Olivér visit the sites of both active and completed projects, showcasing the company's professional work through video and educational content.
